Municipal Court

Overview

The Municipal Court of Manchester is presided over by Judge John D. Gilson.

Court is now being held back where it used to be: 120 2nd St. 

This Court disposes of cases for violations of traffic laws and violations of local city ordinances.

Court convenes twice a month and is scheduled for the second & fourth Wednesday of each month beginning at 5:00 P.M. The second Wednesday, arraignment day, Judge handles all guilty pleas, and the fourth Wednesday is set for Bench Trials, where all contested cases are disposed of.
