Web Pay - some people have experienced an issue recently with the payment portal and keying in the State field.
Please key it in all Caps - GA for it to go through. This is a bug that the software company knows about and they are currently in the process of fixing it.

The Auto Pay currently has no issues - 1-866-257-1233. Try this first.
