Correct Placement For Residential Cart

Garbage Service is provided by Martin Environmental or customerservice [at] martinenvironmentalsvcs.com (customerservice[at]martinenvironmentalsvcs[dot]com).  This is the corporate office, so make sure to get a name of whom you are speaking with.  If you experience any issues with the Corporate Office, please contact City Hall Customer Service at customerservice [at] manchester-ga.gov (customerservice[at]manchester-ga[dot]gov).

Martin Environmental will not pick up the cart unless your container is out no later than 5:00 a.m. on the morning of your scheduled collection day and if it is not placed out correctly.  Please help us Keep Manchester Beautiful!
