How to Start Services
Go to the Customer Service page and fill out the Application for Water/Sewage/Garbage Services.
Garbage Service is provided by Martin Environmental 334-702-4477 or customerservice [at] martinevironmentalsvcs.com (customerservice[at]martinevironmentalsvcs[dot]com). This is the corporate office, so make sure to get a name of whom you are speaking with. If you experience any issues with the Corporate Office, please contact City Hall Customer Service at customerservice [at] manchester-ga.gov (customerservice[at]manchester-ga[dot]gov).
